At your first visit, we’ll take time to get to know you, not just your teeth, but your concerns, your goals, and your expectations. You’ll receive a full dental health assessment, and if any treatment is needed, we’ll talk you through your options clearly.
When you arrive at the practice, our reception team will greet you and check you in. If it’s your first visit, we may ask you to complete a short medical history form.

Your dentist will carry out a full assessment of your teeth, gums, jaw and soft tissues. This may include X-rays if needed. We’ll look at both your oral health and overall comfort.
We’ll explain our findings clearly and discuss any recommended treatments. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and explore options, with no pressure or rush.
If treatment is needed, we’ll create a plan tailored to you. If not, we’ll simply book your next routine check-up and keep your records up to date.
