Louise Cooper

With over 15 years of experience in dentistry, Louise began her career as a Trainee Dental Nurse and quickly progressed to become a Lead Nurse, before moving into her current role as Practice Manager. She still enjoys nursing from time to time and values the opportunity to stay connected with patients.

Louise is particularly passionate about oral health education, regularly visiting local schools and groups to teach young children how to care for their teeth in a fun and engaging way. She also enjoys the organisational side of practice life and believes that her clinical background is a key strength in her management role. Her goal is always to promote a happy, supportive team environment where both staff and patients feel valued.

Outside of work, Louise loves spending time with her husband and two children, and also volunteers as a Squirrel Scout Leader, delivering fun, practical activities to 4–5 year olds and helping them connect with the outdoors.
